Bill McMillan has been around
construction all his life. He decided
to return to Idaho in 1998 with a
dream to build houses. Bill wanted to
make people’s dreams come true. He
knows one of the most important
decisions is to purchase a house.

McMillan and Company follows three attributes. We pay attention to detail, run our business with character, and we value our customers.

McMillan and Company takes pride in building the highest quality home possible for our customers. We hand pick our subcontractors and our building partners, to assure you get the highest of quality materials and workmanship. We want you to get the ultimate homebuilding experience. Most importantly, we stay grounded, sticking with our roots.

We plan on building homes in and around the Treasure Valley for many more years in the future. Bill’s son Brian will carry on the same craftsmanship that Bill started many years ago.
